What are the Initial Design Fees?
Why are these fees separate from the rest of the site fees?
We have the firm belief that whether you are a large company who can afford a large site or a small organization that just needs something up there to get the word out, you deserve the same quality design. We separate the look of the site with its size for this very reason.
Are these fees optional?
In most cases, no. Since they are an integral part of the web site creation process, in most every case, they will always be in effect. On rare occasions, we MAY agree to incorporate a client's design into the site. In this case, some of these fees may be reduced. Another exception would be an existing client's site renovation. Some portions of the site structure and, therefore, design structure may still be in tact. In this case, we would also consider a price reduction.
When are these fees due?
All of the Step 1 fees will be due when the template is approved and ready to integrate into the web site.
